El día del amor is right around the corner and romance is one of the few things in the air. From deciding what to dine on to what sparkly drinks you’ll be indulging on, there’s lots to think about when you’re planning a romantic night at home (or a romantic weekend since Valentine’s Day 2021 lands on a long weekend). Because what is a filet mignon without something equally as delicious and decadent to wash it down with? The following 13 Valentine’s Day cocktails range from the aromatic to the fizzy (and everything in between) — check out the recipes below!

Campo Viejo Brut Cava Spritz

Ingredients:

Campo Viejo Brut Cava 
1 oz Vodka infused with lavender
1 oz Elderflower
1 oz lemon juice

Method:

1. Shake vodka infused lavender, elderflower, and lemon juice
2. Strain into a coup glass rimmed with the pink sugar topped with Campo Viejo Brut Cava
3. Garnished with candy on wooden dowel

Rob Roy

Ingredients:

1 oz. Vermouth 
¾ oz. The Glen Dronach Original Aged 12 Years 
3 dashes Angostura Bitters 
Garnish: Brandied Cherry 

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Garnish with cherry.

Love Stinks!

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Onyx
• ½ oz. Cointreau
• ¾ oz. Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Hibiscus Tea

Method:

1. Steep hibiscus tea for five minutes or as directed. Set aside and let it cool for a few minutes.
2. Once tea is cooled, build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake on ice.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Belvedere Herbal Soda

Ingredients:

1.5 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
5 oz / 150 ml Soda Water
3-4 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Lemon Zest

Method:

Build in highball glass over cube ice, garnish with a lemon zest.

Los Arango La Reina

Ingredients:

11⁄2 oz. Los Arango Blanco Tequila
4 Dashes Pink Peppercorn Tincture
1⁄4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Drops Rose Water
3⁄4 oz. Dry Rosé

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well.
2. Rim a Nick n Nora glass with cracked pink/black peppercorn salt.
3. Hawthorne and fine strain the cocktail into your prepped glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and salt cracked pink and peppercorn rim.

Bucha Berry in Love

Ingredients:

2 ounces of Seagram’s Extra Smooth
1/2 ounce of mixed berry syrup
Top with kombucha (I used strawberry lemonade kombucha)
Garnish with mixed berry pick

Method:

1. Add everything to a shaker except the kombucha.
2. Shake then strain into a wine glass.
3. Top with kombucha and garnish with a mixed berry pick.

Polska Rose

Ingredients:

2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Lake Bartężek
.30 oz / 10 ml Lillet Rose
.15 oz / 5 ml Elderflower Liqueur
1 Dash Peach Bitters

Method:

Stir all ingredients over cubed ice in mixing glass and strain into chilled glass

Corralejo Re’al Love

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 oz. Corralejo Reposado
3⁄4 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Method:

1. Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
2. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
3. Garnish with a lime round and pineapple leaf.

Tanteo Tequila Spicy Love Margarita

Ingredients:

1 3/4 oz. Tanteo® Chipotle Tequila
1/4 oz. Mezcal
3/4 oz. Red Pepper Purée
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Light Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)

Method:

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled.
3. Rocks Glass (smoky salt rim optional).
4. Garnish with a red pepper wedge.

Sip and Smooch

Ingredients:

1 oz. Zaya Rum 
½ oz. White Rum
¾ oz. Lime Juice 
2 Blackberries 
1-2 Raspberries 
½ oz. Allspice Dram 
¼ oz. Simple Syrup 
1 Egg White 
Ice

Method:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add berries and muddle.
2. Add all other ingredients and dry shake vigorously with no ice.
3. Incorporate ice and shake well again.
4. Double strain with both a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a coup.
5. Dust with cinnamon and garnish with a raspberry and blackberry on a cocktail pick and a torched lime round.

Shirley Templeton 

Ingredients:

2 oz. Templeton Rye 4 Year 
4-7 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
Dash of Grenadine
Rocks Ice

Method:

1. Combine Templeton Rye and lemon lime soda in a tumbler or Collins glass filled with ice.
2. Top with grenadine until the drink is pink in color.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Love Potion

Ingredients:

Splash sweetened lime juice
Splash grenadine
Raspberry, garnish
2 ounces Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 ounce Raspberry Flavored Vodka

Method:

1. Shake all ingredients, except garnish, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Drop raspberry into glass and serve. Makes 1 serving.

Cranberry Mimosas

Ingredients:

1 ounce orange liqueur
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 8.4-ounce can Ocean Spray® Sparkling Juice Drink, any flavor, chilled
1 small strawberry, halved for garnish

Method:

1. Divide liqueur and lemon juice equally between 2 champagne flutes.
2. Fill glasses with Sparkling Juice Drink.
3. Garnish with strawberry, if desired.
