Easy to make cocktail recipes for Cinco de Mayo

Fresh Ink Smoked Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz PATRÓN Silver
  • .5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz Pineapple juice
  • .5 oz Agave nectar
  • 1 Pinch of smoked paprika
  • Smoked sea salt rim
  • Lime for garnish

Preparation:

  • Prepare a rocks glass by moistening the rim and rolling it in smoked sea salt.
  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill.
  • Fine strain over fresh ice cubes in the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a lime and a dusting of smoked paprika.

Cilantro Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Milagro Añejo
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 part agave nectar
  • Fresh Cilantro

Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. 
  • Garnish with a lime wheel, cilantro and smoked salt rim.  

Paloma featuring Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 ½ ounces fresh grapefruit juice 
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Simple syrup to taste
  • Salt & lime wedge (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Rim a tall glass with lime wedges and dip rim glass into salt.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup to your liking and stir.
  4. Top with lime or grapefruit wedge.

Blanco Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
  • 1oz Mexican Lime Juice
  • 2oz Blood Orange Juice
  • 1 bar spoon superfine sugar
  • Ice

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Garnish: Dehydrated blood Orange and Mexican lime wheel

Preparation:

  • Build ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Hard shake and salt rim margarita glass.
  • Pour over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with dehydrated blood orange and Mexican lime wheel. 

Watermelon Basil Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
  • 1 oz Fresh watermelon juice or puree
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice1 oz Agave nectar
  • 3 Basil leaves or basil simple syrup
  • Watermelon wedge or dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

Preparation:

  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  • Strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with a basil leaf and wedge of watermelon or dehydrated lime wheel.

Spicy Jalapeno X Volley Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Zesty Lime Volley Tequila Seltzer
  • 1 oz of Mezcal
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • 5-6 slices of Green jalapeño 
  • Optional: Add a few dashes of tabasco

Preparation:

  1. In a tin, muddle jalapenos with ½ oz of lime juice.
  2. Add ¾ oz of Pineapple juice, 1 oz of Mezcal, and one can of Zesty Lime Volley.
  3. Stir all ingredients and pour into a large glass over ice. Enjoy!

Spicy Peach Seltzer Margarita featuring Barefoot Peach & Nectarine Hard Seltzer

Ingredients:

  • ½ a can of Barefoot Peach & Nectarine Hard Seltzer
  • 1 ounce tequila silver 
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 ½ ounce apricot nectar
  • ½ ounce fresh lime 
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • 1 jalapeño 
  • Ice

For the rim:

  • Simple syrup
  • Mexican fruit seasoning

Preparation:

  1. To prep, dip the rim of your margarita glass in corn syrup and roll in the Mexican fruit seasoning.
  2. Fill glass with ice—make it however rocky you like!
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients (no ice) in a blender and blend until completely smooth and frothy
  4. Pour into your prepped glass of ice, then garnish with a peach slice or lime wedge, and maybe float a couple of Jalapeño slices on top if you’re feeling feisty. Enjoy!

MargarIZO

Ingredients:

  • 2oz. IZO Tequila
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • Salt

Preparations:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a glass cup.
  2. Salt the rim, garnish with lime.

Milagro Freshest Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Milagro Silver
  • 3/4 Part Agave Nectar
  • 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel.
