The Family Chantel’s Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett reveal sneak peek, expect ‘fuego y candela’ season 2
Love and resilience are two factors that have maintained Pedro Jimeno, 28, and Chantel Everett, 29, on the brink of losing it all. Wherever Pedro and Chantel go, the drama always follows and has since they met on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé. Since they married, the dynamic couple’s families have unraveled challenges and juicy fights for all the fans. While in-laws relationships never seem trouble-free, it seems that the other family members have maintained their marriage interesting. “They have drama within themselves that spill over onto our lives too,” told Chantel exclusively to LatinaWatch who has warmed up to the idea of having both families as less involved as possible.
90 Day Fiancé’s fans now will get a different perspective of both families on The Family Chantel’s season 2 with new drama, family members and oversee trips that will show “fuego y candela”. Fans can expect to meet Chantel’s brother, Royal, who just moved back to Atlanta, his wife Angenette, and Nicole’s new love interest from the United States. “I call him the headache guy,” mentions Pedro who is not very fond of Nicole’s boyfriend’s intentions.
While Chantel’s family and Pedro have been working through their quarrels, Chantel still has to work on her relationship with Pedro’s family since they live in the Dominican Republic, “I want to have a good relationship with my in-laws regardless.”

Chantel’s recent trip and quarantine have helped the couple to work on their relationship and leverage their romance. “It helped us to be creative without having to do something extravagant for date night,” adds Chantel. While the couple has been through thick and thin, they don’t expect their families’ interactions to improve in the near future. “They need to go to the boxing ring or something,” mentions Pedro or “You need one year of counseling”, mentions to Chantel during the interview.
However, Pedro’s sister, Nicole, will be stealing part of the spotlight in season 2 with her boyfriend Alejandro, who appears to be hiding a secret from Pedro and their mother Lidia. Despite Pedro and Chantel’s impassioned plea to let “some things to be censored,” their families are so attached that it seems impossible for both to live a life out of sight. The truth is once you marry your partner, you marry their family.
The Family Chantel’s will premier Monday, October 12 at 10PM ET/PT.
