This Guatemalan beauty brand is tackling all your hair concerns while saving the planet

The brand was inspired by Boer’s own personal experience, who was looking for a solution to treat her post-pregnancy hair loss. During a trip to Honduras to give a talk on sustainable design, she kept hearing about a local product that was “a miracle for hair loss.” Although she was skeptical, she gave the much-touted batana oil a try. To her surprise, her hair was no longer shedding. Not only did her hair look and feel better, she also found signs of baby hairs.

She couldn’t help but tell everyone about her find. After hearing similar experiences from her close circle of friends and family, she decided to launch Nolé to spread awareness of this miracle substance.
The bars comes in a range of scents, from citrus to rosemary, each designed to tackle a different hair concern. However, the key ingredient in all the shampoos is the sustainably-grown Batana Oil Boer fell in love with from Honduras. The shampoos, which are packaged in recyclable boxes, are pH balanced, cruelty-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, salt-free, phthalate-free, cold-pressed and plastic-free.
