Pomegranate Citrus Avaline Rosé Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (if not pressing fresh, look for one with low sugar)
- 1-2 grapefruits, thinly sliced
- 1-2 blood oranges, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kumquats, sliced in half (optional)
- 1 bottle of Avaline Rosé
- Sparkling water (to taste)
Preparation:
- Combine pomegranate juice, grapefruit, blood oranges, kumquat slices, and Avaline Rosé in a large pitcher.
- When ready to serve, top with sparkling water (to taste), a slice of grapefruit, and a couple kumquat halves.
Kid Curry High West Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz American Prairie Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.25 oz Cynar
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Sudachi Juice
- 0.5 oz Garam Masala Syrup
- 1 Dash Saline Solution (1:5)
- 4 Watermelon cubes
- Fresh Curry Leaves
Preparation:
- Muddle watermelon in shaker tin, add remaining ingredients.
- Shake with ice then double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a fresh curry leaf.
Strong Knows Strong
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Jane Walker by Johnnie Walker
- .5oz Darjeeling tea syrup
- .75oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash Aromatic bitters
- 2 ounces Ginger beer
Garnish: Candied Ginger
Glassware: Highball Glass
Preparation:
- Combine Jane Walker, tea syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Prepare a highball glass with cubed ice and pour 2 ounces of ginger beer into the glass.
- Strain the cocktail over the ginger beer into the glass. Enjoy!
Buchanan’s Cranberry Corazón
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Buchanan’s DeLuxe
- 2 oz tart cranberry juice
- 1 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
- ½ oz honey simple syrup (1:1 honey and hot water, cooled)
- 3 dashes lavender bitters
- Top with 1-2 oz chilled dry sparkling rosé
Glassware: Large 8 oz coupe
Garnish: Floating cranberries, slice of pink grapefruit, and sprig of lavender
Preparation:
- Shake together bitters, whisky, cranberry and grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Prep your glass by rubbing the edge with lavender sprig, then strain cocktail mixture into it, top with champagne, and garnish with cranberries and lavender sprig.
Blood Orange Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco
- 1oz Mexican Lime Juice
- 2oz Blood Orange Juice
- 1 bar spoon superfine sugar
- Ice
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Dehydrated blood orange and Mexican lime wheel
Preparation:
- Build ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Hard shake and salt rim margarita glass.
- Pour over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with dehydrated blood orange and Mexican lime wheel.
Baileys Colada
Ingredients:
- 3.5oz Baileys Colada
- 2 cups Frozen Pineapple
- Finely Chopped Coconut
- Ice
Garnish: Slice of pineapple & leaves

- Into a blender add: 1-2 scoops of crushed Ice, 2 heaped cups of frozen pineapple, 3.5oz Baileys Colada.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Dip rim of colada glass in chopped coconut.
Barefoot Watermelon Moscato
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces Barefoot Moscato
- 2 ounces watermelon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Splash lemon juice
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients over ice.
- Garnish with fresh watermelon.
Spanish Peach Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Corralejo Tequila Silver
- 1⁄2 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 3⁄4 oz. Agave Nectar
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
Preparation:
- Tear mint leaves into fourths and add to a shaker.
- Add tequila, peach schnapps, agave nectar and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
Babe Rose Italian Spritz
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup passion fruit juice, chilled
- ¼ cup Aperol
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 cans – BABE Rosé OR BABE 100 Rosé
- Ruby red grapefruit wedges (for serving)
Preparation:
- Whisk passion fruit juice, Aperol, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the BABE Rosé.
- Pour into glasses over ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Avaline Sparkling Float
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of your favorite sorbet (raspberry + rose sorbet is the best!)
- 3-4 fluid ounces of Avaline Sparkling wine
- Handful of fresh raspberries
Preparation:
- Fill your coupe glass with scoop of your preferred sorbet.
- Pour 3-4 ounces of Avaline Sparkling on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh raspberries, and Voila!
Los Arango La Reina
Ingredients:
- 11⁄2 oz. Los Arango Blanco
- 4 Dashes Pink Peppercorn Tincture
- 1⁄4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Drops Rose Water
- 3⁄4 oz. Dry Rosé
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well.
- Rim a Nick n Nora glass with cracked pink/black peppercorn salt.
- Hawthorne and fine strain the cocktail into your prepped glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist and salt cracked pink and peppercorn rim.
Pom Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 OZ. OYO American Character Vodka
- 1 OZ. OYO Stonefruit Vodka
- 1 OZ. Pomegranate Juice
- 0.5 OZ. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5 OZ. Orgeat Syrup (almond syrup)
- 3-4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake lightly, pour over fresh ice and top with chopped seasonal fruit.
For Punch Bowl:
- Multiply ingredients by number of desired servings.
- Combine ingredients in a punch bowl, stir.
- Chop fresh seasonal fruit and float in a bowl.
- Serve over fresh ice with chopped fruit floating in it.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Honey
- 6 oz. Peach Tea
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients into a tall glass and stir.
