Nick’s Spicy Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Villa One Silver
  • 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1-2 dashes of Chipotle Tabasco
  • ¼ jalapeno pepper cut into thin slices

Preparation:

  1. Shake, strain, garnish with a lime wedge, and place salt or tajin around the rim.

Strawberry Moon 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Astral Añejo
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Cubed Strawberries
  • Top off with Ginger Beer

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a shaker and muddle the strawberries.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 6 to 8 seconds.
  3. Add ginger beer to the shaker and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish.

Latino Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Chicha Morada (purple corn, pineapple, green apples, clove, and cinnamon)
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. Tequila Blanco

Preparation:

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into a tajin-rimmed rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Grand Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 parts Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
  • 1.5 parts Tequila
  • 0.75 parts Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.25 parts Agave Nectar
  • Lime wheel to garnish
  • Salt Optional

Preparation:

  1. Fill a wide, shallow dish with 2-3 mm of fine salt.
  2. Cut a lime in half at the width and rub around half of the rim of a margarita glass.
  3. Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves for garnish.
  4. Holding the glass upside down, dip the wet half delicately into the salt.
  5. Shake Grand Marnier, tequila, and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  6. Strain into a glass and apply lime garnish to the rim.

El Cielo Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30ml) PATRÓN EL CIELO
  • 2 oz (60ml) chilled Pinot Grigio or Provençale Rose Wine
  • 3 oz (90ml) chilled Ginger Ale

Preparation:

  1. In a white wine glass with cubed ice, build all ingredients, and stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with a fresh orange wedge – squeeze and drop into the glass

The Freshest Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Milagro Silver
  • ¾ Part Agave nectar* 
  • 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Lime Wheel 

Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel. 

1800 Cantarito

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • ¾ oz. orange juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. grapefruit juice
  • Jarritos Grapefruit Soda
  • Orange wheel, to garnish
  • Grasshopper salt, to garnish
Preparation:
  1. Combine Cristalino, orange liqueur, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a clay cup.
  4. Top with Grapefruit Jarritos (stir briefly to incorporate).
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel on top, with a pinch of Grasshopper salt in the center.

Margarita in the Boom

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Dulce Vida Lime Tequila
  • 4 oz Sparkling Water
  • Squeeze of Fresh Lime
  • Garnishes: Lime
Preparation:
  1. Pour over ice in a tall glass, stir, and garnish with a lime.

Bucha Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Buchanan’s Pineapple
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Lime

Glassware: Highball Glass

Garnish: Lime Wheel, Angostura Bitters Float

Preparation:

  1. Add Buchanan’s Pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice into a shaker, and shake until cold.
  2. Pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and top with a float of angostura bitters.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Montelobos Oaxacan Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Montelobos Mezcal
  • 1 part Ancho Reyes
  • 1 part Campari
  • Garnish: Orange Slice

Preparation:

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir vigorously, strain, and serve on the rocks.

Spicy Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ghost Tequila
  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • .50 oz Agave Syrup
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Garnish with Citrus Sugar, Lime Wedge

Preparation:

  1. Add Ghost Tequila, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup to the shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled, citrus sugar rim glass.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Spicy Tama-rita

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Oz of Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind
  • 3/4 Oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • Chili Lime Salt & Lime Wheel

Preparation:

  1. Rim a glass with chili lime salt
  2. Combine Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind, fresh lime juice, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice
  3. Shake well
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel

Mango Jalapeño

Ingredients:

  1. Pour 2oz. Of Dos Hombres Mezcal into a rocks glass with 2oz. Of mango puree.
  2. Add 1 oz. of lime juice.
  3. Shake
  4. Add a slice of jalapeno as garnish. Enjoy!


Filthy Flecharita:

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Filthy Margarita Mix
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or 3 Filthy Black Cherry garnishes

Preparation: 

  1. Fill your shaker with ice and combine tequila, margarita mix, and fresh lime juice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge or black cherries. Enjoy!

Xtra Caliente

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Volcan X.A Tequila
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 5-6 leaves of cilantro
  • 1 slice Fresno chili pepper

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with top of chili.

CAZADORES Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila Cazadores Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients into a salted highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir with a spoon.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

PATRÓN Perfect Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz PATRÓN Silver
  • 1 oz Citrónge Orange Liqueur
  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .25 oz Simple syrup
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Kosher salt (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
  2. Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
  3. Optionally, salt half the rim of the glass with kosher salt.

Watermelon Grape Margarita

Developed by James Beard Award-winning chef Pati Jinich, this recipe is a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Gran Centenario Plata Tequila
  • 2 cups Frozen Watermelon
  • 2 cups Frozen Red Seedless Grapes
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 slices Seeded Jalapeño or Serrano Chile (Optional)
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge and Red Grapes

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh red grapes.

Cinco Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Cantera Negra Silver
  • 5oz fresh lime juice
  • 5oz Mexican Squirt
  • Tajin and sugar for rim

Preparation:

  1. Build over ice in a Collins glass rimmed with tajin/sugar mix (3 parts tajin to 1 part sugar).
  2. Stir and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

The Frisky Fiesta

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Frisky Whiskey
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh OJ
  • Splash of lime seltzer
  • Whiskey cherry, pineapple slice, and mint for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add Frisky Whiskey and juices to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, pour the mixture into a short glass, and top with a splash of lime seltzer.
  3. Skewer the pineapple slice and whiskey cherry, then garnish the cocktail with the fruit skewer and fresh mint.

Desolas Papito

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Desolas Mezcal
  • 1oz Lime juice
  • 0.5oz Hagave Spiced Nectar
  • Top of red wine (~1oz)

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker pour Desolas Mezcal, Hagave, and fresh lime juice.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Once shaking is completed, pour over ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with red wine float.

Spicy Dot Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Codigo 1530 Artesanal Mezcal
  • .5 oz Licor 43
  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
  • 2 dashes fire water tincture
  • Garnish with Calabrian Chili Oil

Preparation:

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Take a dropper and garnish with chili oil.
  4. Add more dots for more spice

Mexican Chile Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce pH Mexican Chile Syrup
  • 2 oz Casamigos Blanco
  • Soda water

Preparation:

1. Combine lime juice, tequila, and syrup in a glass with ice.
2. Top with soda water and enjoy.

Branson Spicy Festiva

Ingredients:

  • 2 jalapeno coins, seeds removed
  • 2 ounces Branson Cognac
  • .75 ounce Orange Liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • .5 ounce agave syrup

Preparation:

  1. Muddle jalapeno coins in a shaker.
  2. Add the Cognac, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup, some ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with salt rim and a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a jalapeno coin and lime wedge
