Clean skin is the foundation for a perfect glowy complexion. One of Patrick’s secret is using products infused with hyaluronic acid. “I am obsessed with hyaluronic acid because it makes my skin looks glowy. It makes my skin nice and tight and fresh and dewy,” adds the makeup artist. Whether you love a more natural complexion or full coverage, the artist recommends using a concealer two shades lighter than your foundation. But if your main concern is acne scars, Patrick says “If you have dark spots or acne scars, I would go in with concealer and spot treat those. I wouldn’t put a heavier foundation.” Patrick applies the concealer with an upside-down and triangle shape under the eyes, chin, smile lines, forehead but the technique lies in letting it sit for a while before blending it in with a sponge.

Patrick’s glowing secrets are on his new Major Glow 2.0 collection which includes an all-over glow balm, $50 and Major Glow Dewy Face Mist, $38 which provide that radiant effect and sunkissed glow. “I am obsessed with dewy and luminous skin,” shares Patrick who loves applying the balm as a contour and blends it with a powder. For the finishing touches, the makeup entrepreneur applies the post-makeup dewy face mist which contains hyaluronic acid, rosehip seed oil, black tea ferment and witch hazel extract. “It’s so light, so you can spray way more and have a way more even, glowy look,” says the makeup master.
