These Latin Artists Are Nominated for the 2019 Grammys
On Friday, Janelle Monáe, Alessia Cara, and Shawn Mendes announced the nominations for the 61st Grammy Awards. The singers released the nominees for all the categories, including the coveted album of the year award.
Cardi B led the nominations for a Latin artist at the Grammys with five nods, which included album of the year for Invasion of Privacy and record of the year for “I Like It,” a collaboration with Bad Bunny and J Balvin.
Other Latin nominees include Miguel, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, and our favorite Cubana, Camila Cabello.
The winners will be announced at the 61st Grammy Awards, which will take place at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 8 p.m. EST.
